1. Platform Overview

Qip Qop (Q.Q) is a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting TikTok account owners ("Leasers") with users who wish to temporarily access those accounts ("Renters"). All transactions use our secure escrow system with M-Pesa integration.

2. User Accounts

All users must register and be approved before accessing the marketplace. Accurate information is required. QipQop reserves the right to suspend any account.

3. Leasing Process

Renters browse accounts, submit lease requests, and pay upfront in coins (1 Coin = 1 KES). Funds are held in escrow until the renter confirms successful login. Leasers must respond within 30 minutes or requests expire. Login details are shared through our secure chat.

4. Payments & Escrow

Payments are via M-Pesa and converted to coins. Escrow is released after a verification period following login confirmation. Refunds are issued for cancelled or expired leases.

5. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute during an active lease. Disputes freeze escrow and are reviewed by the admin team. Pro-rata settlements may apply.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: share logins outside the platform, change account passwords, use leased accounts illegally, create multiple accounts, or manipulate ratings.

7. Privacy

Login details and personal info are masked throughout. We don't store plaintext passwords. Chats are logged for dispute resolution.
