Once accepted, a private chat opens. The leaser shares login credentials through our secure chat. You confirm receipt and try logging in.

If the platform sends verification codes, request them through the chat. The leaser sees your request and enters the code — our system tracks response times.

Click "Login Successful" to confirm. This starts a 30-minute escrow countdown. If no disputes arise, funds are released to the leaser via M-Pesa.

Open a dispute at any time. Escrow freezes immediately and the admin team reviews the case. Notifications go to all parties.

After completion, both parties rate each other. This is mandatory before your next lease. You also report account health status.

Yes! All renters automatically get access to the Spark Up Dashboard. Grow new accounts from 0 to 1,200+ followers and earn 300 coins per successful Spark Up.

From your dashboard, click "Post New Account". Enter your username, follower count, description, price per day, select a platform & niche, and upload a screenshot. Accounts are auto-approved and go live immediately.

You get an email, SMS, and in-app notification. You have 30 minutes to accept or the request expires. Your account is reserved during this window.

After accepting, a private chat opens. Click "Share Login Details" to securely enter the username and password.

After the renter confirms login, a 30-minute escrow timer starts. If no disputes, earnings go to your wallet. Withdraw via M-Pesa, Stripe, or PayPal. Commission is deducted automatically.

You can edit your M-Pesa number once. Additional changes require admin approval — an email is sent for verification.

Spark Up means growing a newly created TikTok account from 0 followers to the target (usually 1,200+). You have 24 hours per account. Earn 300 coins per successful Spark Up.

Register as a Sparker (auto-approved) or access Spark Up from your Renter dashboard. Go to the Spark Up Dashboard to see available accounts.

Available accounts appear with a "Take" button. It's competitive — first sparker to click gets it. Once taken, you have 24 hours to grow it to the target follower count.

Your level increases with every 10 successful Spark Ups. Higher levels unlock more concurrent takes (up to 50) and priority on high-value orders.

After growing the account, click "Submit Progress" and enter the final follower count. Admin verifies, and if approved, your reward coins are credited instantly.

If the 24-hour deadline expires, the account is returned to the pool. Your stats are not penalized for expired Spark Ups, but consistent completion builds your level faster.

Sparkers cannot browse or lease accounts. If you want both Spark Up and leasing, register as a Renter — all renters get automatic Spark Up access.

Go to your wallet and click "Withdraw". Minimum withdrawal is 200 coins. Admin processes via M-Pesa — you'll get an email and SMS confirmation.
